Recorded by Bob Wills in 1935 for Vocalion, it was later recorded by The Firehouse Five Plus Two for the Good Time Jazz label. The Firehouse Five was a traditional New Orleans style Jazz band from southern California made up of animators from Walt Disney Studios. Their trumpet player, Danny Alguire, played in Wills’ band from 1941 until just after World War II.
